Job Description

PeopleFinders is seeking an SEO Product Manager to join our Product team and grow organic search traffic. You will be responsible for driving the roadmap for SEO, including leading and executing SEO initiatives for and our network of consumer and enterprise web sites. This role requires an excellent understanding of SEO best practices, how to scale natural search using big data and experiences that benefit both users and search engine bots, strong analytical and product development skills, enjoys solving challenges, and proactively rolls up their sleeves to ensure channel growth. You will report to the Chief Product Officer and work directly with Product, Marketing, Data, and Engineering teams.

  • Define the product roadmap and strategies for SEO
  • Lead execution of SEO initiatives and drive consistent organic traffic growth across our portfolio of web sites
  • Leverage people data in order to create experiences that put natural search users first, making information more accessible and empowering users with meaningful answers
  • Build quality products and processes that utilize data-driven optimization
  • Monitor SEO health and performance, owning the analysis to discover legacy issues, find root causes, and identify opportunities
  • Manage the SEO product backlog and priorities
  • Envision new SEO pages and experiments, translating SEO guidelines to product requirements
  • Research market and competitive trends, and share with the team
  • Collaborate with the team to create automated solutions and insights
  • Communicate the roadmap, performance, and plans to key stakeholders
  • Perform regular SEO audits
Qualifications & Skills
  • Passionate about people data and SEO
  • Be an experienced SEO strategist with a keen business sense
  • Expert with SEO tools, including GSC, GA, Ahrefs, Keylime, etc.
  • Experience with SQL-based queries and log analysis
  • Must be resourceful and have robust problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, using metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and to drive action
  • Requires deep knowledge of major search engines and search engine rankings
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be detail oriented, highly organized and able to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously
Education & Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management & SEO, in a consumer industry with a high-volume organic footprint
  • Ecommerce product experience is a plus
  • Proven track record of developing and driving in-house SEO growth strategies, managing projects from inception to completion
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
