Description of Internship
The Helpdesk Internship offered through offers the Intern a hands-on work experience. The Helpdesk Intern is responsible for a myriad of day-to-day duties, as well as required to partake in long-term projects. This paid Internship is designed to give the Intern experience in a wide variety of technical areas.


  • Self Starter
  • Communicate with managers, employees, and other IT Professionals to resolve day-to-day technical issues
  • Quickly diagnose PCs, servers, printers, scanners and other peripherals and make the necessary repairs
  • Diagnose issues with Microsoft Office products
  • Set up user accounts and passwords
  • Troubleshoot network, server and infrastructure problems
  • Respond to, follow-up on and close all assigned tickets
  • Familiarity with Linux a plus


  • Currently in college working towards an IT or IT-related degree, or graduated within the last couple of years
  • Once shown how to do something, the ability to self-direct going forward
  • Organized and meticulous – notes, office space, projects, etc.
  • Punctual

Interns with will maintain a work schedule as determined by and the intern. We are willing to work around school and activities schedules, and increase/decrease hours as needed. Please note that this is a paid internship (hourly).
