In 1893 the city of Chicago had the honor of hosting the World's Columbian Exposition
Fair which brought in more than 27 million visitors.
Chicago was home to several notorious gangsters in the 1920's, including the infamous
Al Capone. Although they were dangerous killers, many people admired and respected
them for their stands against Prohibition and other laws that were thought of as
unjust.
