My attempted purchase failed. What can I expect?

If you received a message that a payment you made to PeopleFinders failed, but the charge is still listed on your bank statement, then your bank has placed a temporary hold on your funds. The failed payment is listed as a pending transaction, but it will not be processed. Pending transactions typically drop within 10 business days, and your bank will be able to provide more information.
