I'm not happy with my results. Can I get a refund?

We are not able to offer refunds, but we value your business and want to ensure your complete satisfaction. If the report you ordered did not contain any results, we may provide you with another search at no additional cost. Please contact our Customer Care Team within 15 days of the original purchase for assistance.

PeopleFinders.com provides the service of performing a search on your behalf. We pay fees to access various databases to find the information you requested, and are therefore not able to offer refunds for single searches. You may cancel a Membership at any time, and the service will be canceled at the end of the current billing cycle. Fees that are charged while a Membership is active are not refundable.
