I did not find my subject. Do I still get billed?
Our web site gives you the ability to run an unlimited number of searches (excluding
comprehensive background checks) for one low price. When you sign up for a premium membership
(which is 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days), you are billed for unlimited access to the databases
and not for individual searches. Paid membership prices exclude Comprehensive Background Checks
(except for one-time special offers).
Comprehensive Background Checks are intensive database scans that run dozens of searches against
several different databases at once and then cross referenced to create a single report. If you
order a Comprehensive Background Check and we are not able to complete the report, please contact
Customer Care.
