Rob Miller, Chief Executive Officer
Rob Miller, Chief Executive Officer, founded PeopleFinders in 1999. As one of the
early pioneers in the online information services market, Rob remains one of the
most respected and knowledgeable public records industry experts. Prior to
PeopleFinders, Rob was a professional investigator for Intel Corporation in Santa
Clara. During his tenure with Intel, he investigated the loss of proprietary
information and gray market activities as well as internal theft. Rob has been a
licensed private investigator in California since 1986 and received his degree
in Criminal Justice from Sacramento State University.
Bryce Lane, President and Chief Operating Officer
Bryce Lane has served as the President and Chief Operations Officer since 2007.
With more than 14 years of experience as both a financier and operator of consumer
Internet companies, Bryce was most recently a Principal at Mercanti Group. Prior
to his financial advisory role at Mercanti, Bryce was a founding executive of
Classmates Online, serving in key operational and strategic roles during the
company's most rapid growth period. Bryce has also held financial advisory roles
with Roth Capital and Pine Tree Group, where he spent time working on and effecting
mergers and acquisitions, financings and strategic advisory assignments. Additionally,
Bryce was a co-founder of JoeAverage.com, an early social network focused on college
students. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of
Texas at Austin and is a member of YPO (Young President's Organization).
Amber Higgins, Senior Vice President Business Development
Amber Higgins serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development, leading the
Company's Customer Acquisition and Business Development departments. Amber joined
PeopleFinders in 2010 and has over 15 years of experience in ecommerce marketing and
customer acquisition strategy and execution. Prior to PeopleFinders, Amber was part
of the management team of USSearch.com most recently as Vice President of Marketing
and Business Development. Amber was instrumental in driving customer growth and
retention for USSearch.com, overseeing key strategic initiatives including partnerships
with WhitePages.com, Yahoo, Anywho/Yellowpages.com, among others. Prior to US Search,
Amber held senior marketing management positions with companies, including
InternetConnect, a broadband ISP and SayIt.com, an early user-generated content web site.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Miami University (OH); while at Miami, Amber volunteered
with local and state political election campaigns. Today, Amber is an avid proponent and
participant in the Alzheimer's Association. In her free time, Amber likes to travel
and is often running after her daughter, Lily (2).
Walter Turner, Senior Vice President of Product & Technology
Walter Turner, Senior Vice President of Product & Technology, directs initiatives in
Software Development, Design, Program Management, and Reporting, driving the product
direction at PeopleFinders. Prior to PeopleFinders, Walter was a Software Engineering
Manager at Classmates Online, as one of the primary individuals responsible for designing
and building the systems and software architecture. During his 6 years at Classmates,
he managed development efforts with consumer products, internal systems, and design.
Also, while studying at the University of Washington, Walter helped build JoeAverage.com,
a web site focused on providing services to college students. He earned a BA in Business
Administration from the University of Washington, with a focus in Information Systems and
a Minor in Math.
Eddie Lau, Vice President of Information Technology
Eddie Lau joined PeopleFinders in April of 2008 as Director of Information Technology.
Eddie brings 9 years of experience in the Information Technology field where he has held a
variety of increasingly senior Information Technology roles, the most recent at Classmates
Online. Prior to pursuing a career in Information Technology, Eddie earned a degree in
Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington and managed a successful startup
where he was the recipient of the Mayor's Small Business Award for outstanding contributions
of small business to the Seattle community.
Angela Arriaga-Simpson, Director of Human Resources and Operations
Angela J. Arriaga-Simpson, Director of Human Resources and Operations, has been an integral
part of the development and growth of PeopleFinders since February 2004. With leading roles
in Finance, Operations, and Human Resources for PeopleFinders and a Fortune 50 company,
Angela has a track record of success and knowledge of what is needed for a successful
business in a variety of situations. Angela received her Bachelor of Business Administration
from California State University of Sacramento while working full-time at Wells Fargo Bank.
